This appeared in the Danville Daily News on December 16, 1898:
Mrs. Mary Hanley, aged 67 years, died yesterday at 1 o'clock at Bismarck of consumption. The funeral will occur today at 1 o'clock at Bethel church, eleven miles northwest of this city. Rev. G. W. Dobson officiating.
Mrs. Hanley leaves two sons, James and Ora, and two daughters, Mrs. Amy Warner and Mrs. Maggie Claypool. The father died about 4 years ago.
Mary Ann (Jenkins) Handley was the daughter of Absalom and Elizabeth (Boord) Jenkins. Absalom and Elizabeth appear to have been buried in Red Top Cemetery, just north of Rossville, Illlinois.

"Amy Warner" in this obituary turns out to be Emma J. (Handley) Warner, wife of William Joseph Warner.
Emma and William had one daughter, Maude, who married James Douglas Dove. By the 1900 census, W.J. Warner had died, and Emma is living with her daughter and son-in-law
These folks are all buried in Bethel Cemetery in Blount Township, Vermilion County, Illinois, not far from Dessie Tuttle, daughter of John Handley.
So, now we have confirmation that the families of 2 of James William and Mary Ann (Jenkins) Handley's children are buried at Bethel in Blount. Chances are very good that the obituaries for JW and Mary (Jenkins) Handley are pointing to Bethel as being their final resting places as well. It's now a matter of hoping that the sexton's records can help us verify that.
Here is a link to Michael Coan's page on which he has photos of all the markers I've mentioned in this piece:

Please do not download and republish Michael's pictures without making proper arrangements with him.
From the Illinois Marriage Database:
WARNER, WILLIAM J HANDLEY, EMMA 1875-01-16 D /6 238 VERMILION
DOVE, JAMES D WARNER, MAUDE 1898-12-04 3 /224 13334B VERMILION
As confirmed by the obituary of Mary (Jenkins) Handley, Emma (Handley) Warner was my grandmother's (Maggie Mae Handley Claypool) oldest sister.
In the 1880 census William and Emma Warner are just a couple of houses up the page from James W. and Mary Handley's household listing, which includes Grandma Maggie.
Hope this helps!
